Learn to respect the bad one

Below is one of my fav song. Again with remix, it made my heart cry.

Here is my fav article today : “The Many Voices of a Tribe“. Valeria on her article said :

When the artists got together to record this video to support Haiti, they had one common vision and mission grounded in the values that underpin humanity. Because of that commonality, they became a tribe. The common charter allowed each individual to contribute while retaining a unique voice.

The result is a powerful blend of humanity. The diversity in and of itself a strength of expression, not unlike what organizations that are serious about becoming a connected company would want to achieve.

My lessons :

You must accept unique voices and the diversity of your tribe.

It’s easy to accept a tribe of heroes, a tribe of topmost famous singers, a tribe of topmost people. But never forget what is the main vision and mission of this tribe. I love this song because it’s my fav song, not because it’s for Haiti. They failed because I didn’t do anything for Haiti after hearing it.

This is a song. A beautiful moan for Haiti. It’s easy for you to accept it because it’s a song. But there are many uglier moan outside. Do you hear it? Can you hear it? Can you accept these unique and uglier moans?

Plz learn to respect the bad one. You can ignore them and said “Hey, you’re so ugly, your voice is so f*k terrible, you smell like a rat.” But if you can’t ignore them, try to hear them, try to put yourself in their shoes.

Be brave. Completely ignore everyone you don’t like. And learn to respect the rest.
